March goals & ideas

 


It’s the 1st of March when I’m writing this! So yay! New month, new beginning! Let’s make a good one!
My day wasn’t so great and the first day of a new month is always a bit meh but thankfully there are 30 more days to improve and I can’t wait!
Feeling really excited. Spring is coming, there will be more sunshine and I’m ready to work on myself! So I thought to share with you some of my ideas and goals for this month.


1.) I think that staying away from my phone will be really hard, like really, but I know I just need to try and switch off. It doesn’t make me feel good when I do it. When I check my social media and email nonstop. I just use it to procrastinate and then I do nothing all day. Defiantly going to change that cause I don’t like it. And if you don’t like something, change it!
2.) I recently got into meditating and I really want to stick with it. Not gonna lie but every time I’m about to start doing it, I get a bit scared. Of course for no reason but it feels still a bit weird to me. I just do meditation with breathing and I’m not an expert so I’m not sure what I’m doing. But the most important thing is that I feel better after it.
3.) Be organized and get things done – that will be my priority. School in the first place. Of course and blog! And taking care of my dog, and taking photos and doing yoga and reading! Really want that this month will be my month. When things will really start to change and that I will get my shit together. Sorry. But no matters how it will be, I’m just going to be positive and positive. This will be a very positive month and I hope you will be too.
