I know I’m not the only one, but these days we all get frustrated, nervous and stressed. Actually, that happens all the time. I wish I can be someone else then but that’s not the solution. The best thing you can do about it is to learn how to deal with not so cool situations in your life. And when you learn how you will be much happier and you will enjoy life.
Know what really stress you
I find myself very often super stressed and the best part of it is that I don’t even know why I’m stressed. The best thing you can do is to just sit down, try to relax and write stuff down. I know we live in technology world but nothing can replace real paper and a real pen. Chill guys, everything will be okay. Breathe.
Get rid of social media
I’m not saying get rid of it forever. Don’t worry. But just try to switch off. I know it can cause a lot of unhappiness while you look someone’s ‘perfect life’ through Instagram pictures. Keep in your mind, that person maybe doesn’t have a perfect life! Actually, I’m pretty sure no matter who is, he/she doesn’t. Cause perfect life doesn’t exist!
Stop beating yourself up
You haven’t done anything wrong. No matter what happened, no matter what somebody said to you, you deserve to be happy. Stop making, even more, pressure on yourself. You are perfect just the way you are and you are giving your best. Don’t worry, be happy!
Don’t care what others think
This one is an important one. I know I’m one of the people who thinks way too much. To not even mention how I’m stressing myself what somebody will think about this post. But I figured that it doesn’t really matter. It doesn’t really matter what somebody thinks about me as long as I’m happy and living. People who gossip about you, they are not worth your time and your stress! Find people who will support you and love you.
